Children take to song and movement naturally as they develop. Creative expression helps young humans develop social-emotional (also called SE, soft, or non-cognitive) skills like self-regulation, self-esteem, and turn-taking. Physical skills like gross/fine motor, balance, and bilateral coordination (using both sides of the body at the same time) also mature through musical interaction. Mini Mozarts offers opportunities for healthy self-expression, world-building, family bonding, and fun in a safe environment. Register today to drop in and experience a 45 minute class with our compliments!
Our class for 3-4 year-olds is on Saturday mornings at 10am! Class for 1 year olds is coming soon.
Definitive classical composer and performer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was a child prodigy. He was composing his first pieces on violin and keyboard at the age of five and was performing for royalty before the age of ten. Mozart would go on to write more than 600 pieces, from operas to solos to symphonies before his time on earth ended at age 35. We can't promise to replicate this level of success, but we can bring the joy of music to young children!
